About the event

In this quick, 2-hour course, teachers will learn a variety of collaborative learning strategies for the classroom to help students take charge of their own learning and help those around them. When done correctly, it can enhance rigor, increase engagement, develop social and emotional skills, improve oral communication, and foster classroom community and mutual respect amongst all students. (2 hour synchronous learning, 2 hours independent study)
